I have been in the leisure industry for over 30 years. I started my career as a beach lifeguard back in 1983. Since then I have worked for many of the top leisure/holiday park companies such as the Rank Holidays Division (Haven, Warners) Park Resorts, GB Holiday Parks, Park Holidays UK and the Haulfryn Group as a General and Area General Manager.  Working for very different companies has given a unique view of business operations and customer service
